We serve both adults (19-109 years) and pediatric patients (birth-18 years). We offer additional services provided to the community and the public at large.

After years of working in the healthcare field and providing services to patients, Paterina Ralph realized that she needs to provide patients with more personalized care. Subsequently, Paterina was inspired to create Sissterpat Home Health Care Services LLC. It is a nursing agency that specializes in providing skilled nursing services to Adult/Pediatric patients in their home/facility settings. Services provided to these patients offer direct medical care that enables them to maintain optimum health and normalcy at their baseline. Services also serve as a support mechanism for caregivers who are not medical professionals. The partnership that coexists between caregivers and nurses fosters reliable, safe, and convenient access to quality professional healthcare services.

My name is Paterina Ralph. I am a Home Care Clinician, Nurse Educator, Pennsylvania Notary, and Business Consultant. Over the past ten years, I have worked immensely on building a unique nursing, educational, and business platform that cater to the needs of my community. As a Nurse, I have worked in various health care settings, including hospitals, long-term care, YMCA, and the prison system. I orientate new employees with theoretical and practical skills based on my scope of practice. Additionally, I am an American Heart Association Basic Life Support Instructor who teaches CPR to health care professionals and the community. During the coronavirus pandemic, I have encountered numerous individuals who are aspiring to change or start a new career in the nursing field specifically as Nurse Aide. These individuals include young adults who graduated from high school in 2020 but did not attend college due to the closures of many universities during the lockdown. This vast need has inspired me to expand my educational aspirations to become a Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Instructor. I plan to incorporate my knowledge and resources to positively impact my community. I rely also on the support of my family, friends, and other community organizations to adequately function as a business owner. I enjoy caring for my family, gardening, and “spoken” word poetry.
